a bit of a blogging lull...

recently posts have been even more sporadic than usual. as i write this i'm watching the mail man leave after filling the super mail box outside of my window. i wasn't aware that postal workers didn't get family day off. and apparently family day has been adopted in ontario, saskatchewan and manitoba (although it goes by the name "louis riel day" there).

not much new is happening these days. there's still a lot of work to be done with our fundraising for young life. there's still a long way to go in our funding. working to fill our funding by completely monthly donations is hard work. but i think it'll be worth it in the end. it just seems to make more sense to us to do things this way. we're just praying for God to provide the right people to partner with us in our work. as stressful as the finances can be, God is still good, and we still get to walk along as He does what He does.

Grayson is getting bigger too. the other day he helped me get the crib ready for baby #2. he was quite proud that he helped dad "fix" baby's bed. he's getting bigger and bigger, growing almost too fast.
