For all of you who have been eagerly waiting, here's the picture of our latest joy!! His name is Grayson James, and he was born at 10:32pm on Monday May 1st, 2006. He weighed 9 pounds 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Thanks to all who were praying for Jenn and I in these days. There'll be lots of stories about life in the coming days, as I'm sure this whole parenting thing is going be something different for us.
God has been so faithful to us, and it's so obvious to see in a miracle like childbirth. I still don't understand this whole thing, to be honest it's still quite surreal. But if you'll bear with me as we walk along here, I think we can learn something together about this life deal.

Grayson is sooooo beautiful. And he was born on Chad's 26th Birthday, too! Great day to have a baby. How's Jenn. That's a big boy, just like Bramwell(10 lbs). Recovery will take a bit of time.

Congrats and have fun even though it sometimes it doesn't seem like fun.
And it's okay to cry. Cry when your happy, sad, thankful, frustrated, awe-struck, or just because. You will discover new emotions because you are now a parent. Enjoy.
